Ingredients
2
cups
all-purpose flour
½
cup
granulated sugar
2
teaspoons
baking powder
1
pinch
of salt
2
eggs
½
cup
4 oz milk
7
tablespoons
3.5 oz melted butter
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
cup
3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1
cup
5 oz fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir to combine evenly.
Step 2: Prepare the Liquid Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Muffin Batter
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Gently stir with a spatula until just combined—do not overmix; the batter should remain slightly lumpy.
Fold in the white chocolate pieces and blueberries, mixing gently to avoid crushing the berries.
Step 4: Bake the Muffins
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full to allow the muffins to rise properly.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the muffins turn golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool on a wire rack before enjoying them.
