Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup 4 oz milk
  • 7 tablespoons 3.5 oz melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup 3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup 5 oz fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dry Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir to combine evenly.

Step 2: Prepare the Liquid Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the melted butter and mix until well combined.

Step 3: Assemble the Muffin Batter

  • Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  • Gently stir with a spatula until just combined—do not overmix; the batter should remain slightly lumpy.
  • Fold in the white chocolate pieces and blueberries, mixing gently to avoid crushing the berries.

Step 4: Bake the Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  • Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full to allow the muffins to rise properly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the muffins turn golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool on a wire rack before enjoying them.
