Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
Roughly chop the walnuts and set them aside.
Cut the blue cheese into small pieces.
Step 2: Make the Blue Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and add the blue cheese pieces.
Stir gently until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 3: Assemble the Gratin
Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Layer half of the ravioli in the dish without separating them.
Pour some of the blue cheese sauce over the ravioli and sprinkle with some chopped walnuts.
Repeat with another layer of ravioli, then cover with the remaining sauce.
For an extra cheesy touch, sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
Step 4: Bake the Gratin
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
